NEXT DAY DELIVERY IS FROM MONDAY - THURSDAY ONLY.

ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BEFORE 2.00PM IN ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED FOR NEXT DAY.

ALL ORDERS PLACE AFTER 2.00 PM THURSDAY & FRIDAY WILL BE DELIVERED ON MONDAY AFTERNOON.

* ALL CREDIT AND DEBIT VISA CARDS NOT MATCHED TO THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AND FAIL TO PASS THE 3D CHECK WILL BE REJECTED.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment clearing (subject to stock availability at the time your order is processed). The vast majority of orders are dispatched either on the same working day or the following working day. Please note that goods can not be dispatched until payment has been received, this will need to be taken into consideration when choosing your payment option.

Delivery is made via Royal Mail or by courier. Please allow 2 - 5 working days, depending on the size of the order. Dispatch costs will be determined at the checkout point. Rates are set and cannot be amended. Please contact Customers Services if you wish to make alternative arrangements for delivery. Local pick up can be arranged.

If you require urgent delivery, please speak to a member of the Customer Service team on 0208-858-3302 to make arrangements.

For any goods returned to us by you or the couriers, you will be responsible for any associated delivery & return costs. Please check the correct address is given, as once it is processed, it can not be ammended. We will not be held responsible for lost parcels caused due to an incorrect delivery address entered by the customer.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERING POLICIES:

Please allow 3-5 working days for an order to be sent WITHIN EU COUNTRIES ONLY, depending on the zones destination.
Keep in mind that some products may not be allowed to be shipped outside of UK. For these products, your money will be refunded. 

 

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All goods remain the property of Venus Nail & Beauty Supplies LTD until paid for in full.

Please note all our electrical goods are 220 voltage, suitable for use within England UK, or countries compatible with 240 voltages only.

CLAIM MISSING ITEMS: INSPECTIONS of goods must be made immediately, all claims must be made within 7 days from invoice date.

Please note that, once opened or used, products cannot be return to us unless the product is faulty or broken.

Exchanges and refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping charges plus insurance (if applicable) when returning goods to us. All incomplete returns (missing part) are subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge. Certain items are excluded from the returns policy; this information is available in the product description.
