NEXT DAY DELIVERY  -  Only applicable to orders within Great Britain

All orders must be placed between Monday - Thursday before 2PM to be dispatched for next day delivery.

All orders placed after 2PM on Thursday & Friday will be delivered on Monday afternoon.

We will not be held responsible for lost parcels caused due to an incorrect delivery address entered by the customer, or parcels that have been requested to be left in a safe place. We strongly recommend that deliveries are made to the customer directly. By opting to have parcel(s) left in a nominated safe place, customer's must accept the responsibilty and risks associated. 

STANDARD DELIVERY

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment clearing (subject to stock availability at the time your order is processed). The vast majority of orders are dispatched either on the same working day or the following working day. Please note that goods can not be dispatched until payment has been received, this will need to be taken into consideration when choosing your payment option.

Delivery is made via Royal Mail or by courier. Please allow 2 - 5 working days, depending on the size of the order. Dispatch costs will be determined at the checkout point. Rates are set and cannot be amended. Please contact us if you wish to make alternative arrangements for delivery. Local pick up can be arranged.

CLAIMS

Inspection of goods must be made immediately, all claims must be made within 7 days from invoice date.

RETURNS

Please note: once opened or used, products cannot be returned unless the product is faulty.

Exchanges and refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be returned unused, in the original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. The customer is responsible for shipping charges plus insurance (if applicable) when returning goods to us. All incomplete returns (missing part) are subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge. Certain items are excluded from the returns policy; this information is available in the product description.

Please contact us via email or phone to arrange for the return of merchandise. Confirmation must be made before returned items are sent or the transaction will be void. 

For any goods returned to us by you or the couriers, you will be responsible for any associated delivery & return costs.
